Our global ministries exist to reach all tribes, tongues, peoples, and nations through delighting in and declaring the glory of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to nurture and train many to become zealous goers and to involve and educate all others to be zealous senders.
We have 14 Driving Convictions Behind Foreign Missions (Global Outreach) that shape how we aim to shepherd and equip those who feel called to go to the nations in a long-term capacity and how we provide opportunities for others to go in a short-term capacity. Currently we have more than 200 adults and more than 200 children (about 115 families and singles) serving in about 45 countries.
Global Focus 2021 highlighted the theme of “150 Years Among the Nations.” As we look back and celebrate God’s grace through missions at Bethlehem, the Global Outreach team is pleased to share a 40-day devotional written by our current global partners and others invested in missions. You can access a PDF online or pick up a copy (one per household) at your campus.

If you are interested in a short-term Ministry Trip and would like to learn more, contact the Global Outreach department at [email protected]. We aim to help develop each individual’s character, knowledge, and skills through various classes, seminars, reading assignments, and participation in the life of the church. The three levels of the Nurture Program, which together take approximately two years to complete, includes: To learn more, contact Global Outreach at [email protected]. A Barnabas Team is a small group of 6–12 committed people who come together to care for a global partner or global partner family. The support and encouragement takes a variety of forms as they strive to help meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. It is a group of people with whom the global partner can be open and honest, allowing them to see his or her needs and to share in successes and defeats.
